Your wedding is a momentous occasion and you are the guests of honour. It's your opportunity to share your happiness with your loved ones - a chance to relax in the company of your family and friends, to enjoy great food, and receive your guests' warmest wishes.
We offer complete packages that should cover all your requirements to create a truly memorable celebration. There may however, be additional requisites for the pre-dinner drinks and catering areas. We would like to meet you on site to talk through your ideas and options in detail.
We offer complimentary site inspections and consultations without obligation. Simply telephone and we will arrange to meet you on site.

Freestanding Marquee
This package is centred round a white vinyl silk lined freestanding marquee. Inside there is ample room for your guests to be seated, with space for a buffet/bar table and painted timber dance floor.
Freestanding Marquee
We install the marquee sized to suit the number of guests attending. Inside is lit with three or five branch chandelier lights or rice paper lights, on a dimmer switch, to suit your choice. As a finishing touch on your special day we include a silken lining for the ceiling and walls of the marquee. The timber dance floor is also sized to suit the number of guests attending.
Seating
We supply you with a bridal table fully clothed and skirted, with banquet or round tables for your guests, who will be seated on white lawn chairs. All tables are clothed in white with white linen napkins.
Table Settings
Your meal will be served on our Australian Fine China consisting of dinner, entree, side and dessert plates, teacup and saucer for each guest. Each table is set with our premium Atlanta range of cutlery to suit your choice of menu and the latest Aristocrat glassware - a champagne flute, red and white wine glasses and an all purpose (water, soft drink) glass. Two sets of salt and pepper shakers, one milk jug and one sugar bowl are also provided for each table.
Your wedding cake will be displayed on a small round table with a cloth draped to the floor.
Price
The package price which includes all the above is $49.50 per person.
(This price is based on a minimum number of sixty guests and is inclusive of GST but does not include cartage). Cartage prices vary depending on the area that delivery and collection are required.
Should you wish to add a soft touch to the room, we can supply white chair covers and bows for an extra $5.50 per person.
